Shipping policy

Orders placed before our daily dispatch cut-off are prepared and sent on the same working day, excluding personalised orders, weekends, public holidays and periods of exceptionally high demand.

UK DELIVERY

• Orders placed Monday to Thursday before the daily cut-off will be dispatched the same day and are expected to arrive on the next working day.

• Orders placed on Friday before the cut-off are expected to arrive on Monday.

• Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following working day and are expected to arrive on Tuesday.

Express & Weekend Delivery:
If you need your order a little sooner, Next Day Delivery may be available at checkout. Availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer international delivery to selected destinations. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the service available.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges. These costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

YOUR ORDER IS ON IT’S WAY

Once your order has been carefully prepared and packaged, it will be handed to our delivery partner. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email containing your tracking information as soon as your parcel leaves us.

All orders are fully trackable, so you can follow your Gown & Hound piece from our door to yours.

For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery. If nobody is available to receive your order, the courier will provide instructions for arranging a redelivery or collection.
